Hi Guys, i urgently need a good english sales contract for domain names because i am thinking about selling some domain names but dont want to make any mistakes because of the legal situation.

I need one that protects me as the seller from all kind legal trouble after the domain name was sold. We have that in german contracts but i dont know how its called in english. I checked all the domain names beforehand to make sure that they arent registered brands and shit but its a big world and you never know. I need a sales contract that excludes any liability for me in case the domain name should be protected somewhere. I checked twice but you never know and i dont wanna end up being in court because of a shitty contract from a bad site. Not that the buyer sues me after he was sued by someone else who claims to own better rights on the web domain, you know? I am not really keen on having a long lawsiut even if i would win it in the end so im trying to avoid it as good as i can. Any help about this would be extremely appreciated because i need one fast!
