The pineal gland dosnt calcify,it has hyroxyapatite crystals so could be seen as calcified but it aint
it just gets small from lack of use, like a muscle if its not used it will shrink

and fluoride build up dosnt help as its a sedative
dmt will give it a work out and unjam the doorway
Your pineal is not calcified and never will be its just shrunk and is drugged
