All the so-called liberties or rights are things which have to be asserted against others; who claim that if such things are to be allowed, their own rights are infringed or their own liberties threatened. This is always true, even when we speak of the freedom to worship, of the right of free speech or association, or of public assembly. If we are to allow freedoms at all there will constantly be complaints that either the liberty itself or the way in which it is exercised is being abused, and, if it is a genuine freedom, these complaints will often be justified. he was sposed to be charged with dangerous driving causing death (i was declared dead at the scene) driving without a licence, driving under the influence, resisting arrest and assaulting a police officer. it must have been to much for him so he killed himself.

You are lucky you have come away walking Bundy Bear. Pretty full on. Did you have a near death experience that you can recall ?.

I feel for the family of the driver of the other car.

Maybe we should call you 'Mr Invincible'.

I was Tboned by an old lady once who came screaming through a give way. Fucked my back proper and broke her sternum and ribs. I now drive like everyone is fucked up or to old to drive, cautiously.

Edit/ what do u mean when u say he tried to finish u off? Assaulting the police? Sounds like a nice piece of work. All off a sudden very tough with the prospect of doing time.

Sick crash, Bundy. I know it sounds weird if you consider all the problems you gotta live with now but looking at that wreck makes me think you had more than one guardian angel. Live can be very painful and hard to get through but its still better than being dead.

Did the crash change you on an emotional level? I mean, do you see life differently now? I sometimes here from people who lived through something like that, that their mind suddenly grew old. Mine certainly did. Walked away from a similar crash few years ago. Havent been the same ever since. Wasnt really injured because of the crash but my mind was totally screwed for a few years because the friends who were with me that day werent so lucky. Still have problems to talk about it caus i couldnt understand i survived that crash. Dont speak about it with my family, friends, no one. Even my mind sometimes forgets it happened because it cant really deal with it. Funny how the mind tries to protect itself by blocking bad things out.

yeah it's changed me, getting told that my brain matter poured out my ears and nose was kind of confronting, strangely the idea that i may have to where an eye patch for the rest of my life wasn't that bad. my mum says she can hear me yelling or screaming in my sleep. i get very frustrated and angry even though i don't mean to, not sure why but i have an EEG coming up on Wednesday to check what's going on with my brain, i might be having small seizures and i have tendency to talk involuntarily now to which i fucking hate because people stare at me and start bombarding me with questions then refuse to take no for an answer. nobody seems to realize that just don't fucking want to talk to them. it get's kinda hard trying to remember all the things that are wrong with, i guess it's because of the memory issues.
