Quite a good show with very practical recipies, the presenter/ethnobotanist is good too. I was suprised to be honest.
Got given the book with the same name for christmas or something and it's good too.

Yeah, i get the book in my shop sometimes and I always put it on display. Nearly everyone that walks in does a double take, and picks the book up with excitement. They thumb through and then after a while their shoulders drop, and they put it back on the shelf...
