I also wonder how it could possibly be in his interest to have made this movie if he wasn't motivated by the film's claims. I think if he had any hidden agenda it would have made more sense to have an unknown independant film maker produce it.

hard to trust anyone with a mega-corporation background, but, that said, the link you provided bretloth was pretty unbalanced IMHO. among other things, just because some people might interpret symbols to be satanist and/or evil, doesn't mean that we can just write the symbol off as being evil. i dunno. it doesn't seem like a very cosmic approach. you may have noticed i put the all-seeing eye in my new avatar.
In Occidental theology, the word transcendent is used to mean outside of the world. In the East, it means outside of thought. To imagine that your definitions of your God have anything to do with that ultimate mystery is a form of sheer idolatry from this standpoint. Your God is good enough for you and mine’s good enough for me. A God, from this point of view, is merely a reflex of one’s ability to conceive of God. Since people have various abilities of this sort, they have various powers of apprehending God.

Aliens creating us and then leaving evidence of there presence on earth, which were discovered by people who created a secret society, just seems a lot more logical to me than all those other stupid fairy tales I was brainwashed as a child to believe.

But from all the research I’ve done and all the clips I’ve seen about this thrive movement, I have to say I’m getting a weird vibe. I don’t know but it just seems like there trying to push the NWO philosophy from the Georgia Guidestones. A human cull of mass proportions.
1. Maintain humanity under 500,000,000 in perpetual balance with nature.
2. Guide reproduction wisely — improving fitness and diversity.
3. Unite humanity with a living new language.
4. Rule passion — faith — tradition — and all things with tempered reason.
5. Protect people and nations with fair laws and just courts.
6. Let all nations rule internally resolving external disputes in a world court.
7. Avoid petty laws and useless officials.
8. Balance personal rights with social duties.
9. Prize truth — beauty — love — seeking harmony with the infinite.
10. Be not a cancer on the earth — Leave room for nature — Leave room for nature
lol, doesn’t actually sound too bad, as long as you were one the 500 million of course.
Peace

I watched the movie online myself, I agree. It doesn't appear to me to be anything more than well... hmm... a wolf dressed in a sheep's clothing. Most if not all of the topics mentioned in the movie did not lead anywhere. The ideas were presented with no conclusion or anything. They may have down this so you could come to your own decision but, me thinks otherwise...
Yeah, maybe the purpose was to show us all these complex world issues with no clear solution, so to make us more placid about the idea of drastic action. Trying to convince us that we are a cancer on the earth and that we need to create a new form of evolution.

“Man possesses, for a small moment in his
history, the most powerful combination of knowledge,
tools, and resources the world has ever known. He has
all that is physically necessary to create a totally new form
of human society - one that would be built to last for
generations. The two missing ingredients are a realistic,
long-term goal that can guide mankind to the equilibrium
society and the Human Will to achieve that goal.”
- Club of Rome,
Limits to Growth (1972)
“The common enemy of humanity is man.
In searching for a new enemy to unite us, we came up
with the idea that pollution, the threat of global warming,
water shortages, famine and the like would fit the bill. All these
dangers are caused by human intervention, and it is only through
changed attitudes and behavior that they can be overcome.
The real enemy then, is humanity itself."
- Club of Rome,
The First Global Revolution (1992)

populatin reduction and that they seem to be against it and tryin to find a way round it.
Is that what they said? We are against nuking 6 and a half billion people. just came straight out with it, lol.
My comment was made after hearing the opinions of the creators of the movie. Watching it won't change there opinion.

It seems that many there are less than impressed.
I thought the sections on money power in the Zeitgist film quite good.
