Dear Seed And Plant Exchange readers.

We are happy to allow mushroom prints to be traded here but only under the proviso that you add a disclaimer to your post/s stating that the prints on offer (or being requested) are for 'microscopy purposes only'

Due to a lack of adherence to this rule and me having to spend most of my time moderating here editing posts to add a disclaimer the following rule will now be implemented.

From now on you will have 1 chance after an edit and or warning via PM to start adding the disclaimer, after that I will just delete your post and give you a warning point.

Thank you for reading and helping to make the exchange a happy and safe place to trade.
AndyAmine.

Can I add to this that I think it would be a great idea also if once you have sent your spores or seeds to the person who has claimed them..to go back and edit your post to say ...ITEMS SENT. I know I get confused sometimes about weather I have sent stuff out or not particularly when trading regularly. I think this would help the thread a lot with reminders and knowing what has been sent and what date etc...

Good idea with the "Items Sent" - I must confess that I'm really bad with organisational skills at the moment (I blame the fact that I'm Born Slippy - born blonde, high-intensity, blue eyes, remembering nothing...Sending mum on her way to a new age tension headache...) so if anyone is waiting on things from me, yes they are on the "to do soon" list, I just have to find time between shrinks, GP's, fighting CTO's, maintaining sanity and trying to learn how to socialise...

It is safe to assume that edibles can be traded freely without the warning. Unless they are illegal in aus. But maybe adding a little note saying (edible) or (legal) would avoid unwanted confusion.

I've recently dusted off my microscope and was wondering how to go about getting some
spore prints. I haven't used sites like this before but hope this can get things rolling.
