Micromegas Posted March 2, 2012 Hi folks, here are some photos of A.columbrina var cebil from Argentina. In the next month I might make some seeds available as it would be a shame not to have some planted out there. Just need to sort through my stuff. I'll keep you posted. In the meantime, here is some eye-candy... In the first photo, the plant with the pink flowers is Tabebuia impetignosa. If anyknow knows where to source this tree, please let me know as it is a beauty.

rahli Posted March 2, 2012 What an amazing find micromegas. It would have been a great experience walking through the enchanted forest wild harvesting vilca beans. Good to see you took a few photos and beans to share.
Zaka Posted March 2, 2012 Irie, Nice photos. Are the trees are close-by? I have a Tabebuia sp. a yellow one with huge flowers, but it's never sent any seed pods!! I have only been able to propergate it by root cuttings! A proceess that can take some time with a low rate of success... There is one Tabebuia impetignosa on my island that I know of but no pods. I do find seed pods on tabebuia serratifolia trees in the B.V.I.'s........... I'll be up there next week... Respect, Z
