Lepista nuda - Wood Blewit?

Comparing these to photos on WB's fungal finds thread I'm thinking they might be wood blewits. What do you all think? Found them growing inside a 44 gallon drum with the ends cut, which I have put around a walnut tree as protection.

on a glance they look good to me, and bigguns.....do a spore print on paper/foil if you still have them be a pinkish print

I find they have a distinctive smell as well.

EDIT - if they print up good those stem butts can be used to propagate it on as well if you have a pile of leaves about

Ah Ok, good one. That was taken on the weekend but I left some in the drum I'll check if they are still there, get a print. They did have an interesting smell. I think I smelt them before I sighted them in the drum as I was checking the walnut out.

I think the smell of them is a bit like orange juice/earthy to me...lol...at least on native bushland....the ones I found near pine didnt smell so much

I don't what the smell reminded me of, but it was familiar.

Look pretty right to me. Should smll strongly of orange juice or lately ive found gin or pine.
