Evil Genius Posted June 26, 2015 (edited) Spent hours reading that yesterday little by little whenever I found the time. One of the best articles I read in a long time. Did anyone read he was growing magic mushrooms to sell them in order to get the Silk Road going? Seems like a post at the shroomery might have helped to break his neck. ThunderIdeal Posted June 26, 2015 it reminds me that even though 100 others have taken the place of silk road, DPR was a luminary and barely any attempts have been made to fill those shoes. perhaps it's for the best. hidden markets don't need ideology so much as resilience and just enough integrity.
Strontium Dawg Posted June 26, 2015 I loved the line about governments and coercion due to their "monopoly on violence".

baghdatis Posted June 28, 2015 lol, it´s funny you mention the Facebook movie because I thought David Fincher would make a great movie out of this. David Fincher , i had to google him didn't care much for the (The Social Network) i don't even have a Facebook account!, but (fight club) is one of my fav's (Seven) is a top film also. Seriously though, I'm not joking, i honestly believe it would be an interesting film. After reading the link at wired.com (SHOUT OUT 2 NegativeDave BTW) I had no idea about the back story, how it started, how it ended, really good stuff there. Still probably never gonna happen aww yeah one more thing, NegativeDave cheer up!,,, THINGS AIN'T SO BAD
