DiscoStu Posted July 24, 2014 "The Superior Human?" (March 2012) systematically challenges the common human belief that humans are superior to all other life forms, which is often used as an excuse for animal cruelty and the destruction of our own environment. It reveals the absurdity of this belief while exposing human bias.
ThunderIdeal Posted July 25, 2014 care to sum it up for us in a paragraph? is there a definition of superior in this context? i don't think so. we're the dominant species, but for how long? say a virus wipes us out, then our very success as a species is what drove us extinct. "superior" is a word like "intelligent" or "appropriate", not like "black" or "white".
