I reckon around Tumut area, it's a lot shorter drive for both parties than the coast roads to Eden, and we could frolick in fresh water streams and catch trout. toby Posted June 5, 2015 Tumut seems ok. Only experience I've had there involved water up to the windows in a camry. But from what I remember lots of native state forest and some roads to get in?, so at least the essential ingredients available, not sure I saw any actual clear areas for camping.
