Tutu - Coriaria arborea & C. ruscifolia

Recommended Posts

Will be harvesting seeds of Tutu, Coriaria arborea and possibly C. ruscifolia soon from a friend's property.

These plants are toxic so please be aware if you are interested in growing them..

As Murdoch Riley explains in Māori Healing and Herbal, “all parts of all species of tutu from their leaves to their roots have some toxic content, except for the juice of the ripe berry, or more precisely the juice of the enfolding petals of the berry.”

There is some info on Sacred Succulents regarding ruscifolia.

Interested in trading? let me know on here so I can get an idea of how much to harvest
