I immediately thought a peruv kk2150 I got from sab. Looks very much alike.

But I guess that means nothing ;)

Well, where to start. Yes, absolutely Cuzco related. Could be 2150 as benno indicated or the cuzco type we know from backeberg as Trichocereus Tarmaensis! Personally speaking, first Thought was Cuzco Tarmaensis but there are so many almost identical cuzco-relatives that it doesn't matter. Awesome cactus btw!
