I just nodded off for a good while and found myself in sleep paralysis (without fear) and thought it would be cool to have an OBE experience.

I imagined holding a cord to my stomache and being pulled up at about 10 - 15 kmph and i was out!

I actually had multiple (say 5 - 6) differant OBEs because i kept coming back to my paraylyzed body.

The last experience i had i decided to just let myself fall into the darkness and it was like deep meditation.. Soo peaceful. And there was a bunch of heavenly sounds.

Ive never had an OBE experience this good before.

Anybody else got cool ideas for OBEs or experiences they want to share?

imagining sinking into the bed is a nice kick off but sometimes once you start rising , you realise and undo the work n...

have to start again

once i rose so far up to the ceiling , went and "sat" on top of my wardrobe and suddenly thought I should look down at the bed

I could see myself there all comfy n warm and I thought "gosh horsey what a handsome bastrd you are"

used to live for lucid dreaming/obe, there was a very long period thats all i did, a couple of my fave techniques what ever way you sleep in bed sleep in the opposite direction but imagine yourself sleeping in the normal direction or imagine yourself roll out of bed.

some places say if you lay on your right side, it activates the left side of your brain

and vice versa , (down to oxygen intake I believe, but cant fully remember)

I gather the right side is the one preferred for the "going back to sleep in the morning after waking" / twilight astral travels
