TheExplorer Posted September 20, 2014 Maybe Golden Cayenne. "Also known as Yellow Cayenne, the Golden Cayenne peppers are hot, between 30,000 and 50,000 Scoville units. Compared to the 5,000-8,000 Scoville units of a Jalapeno pepper, the Golden Cayenne pepper packs some heat" http://www.specialtyproduce.com/produce/Golden_Cayenne_Chile_Peppers_9781.php#sthash.n17lXeYy.dpuf

Auxin Posted September 20, 2014 My guess would be hybrid, but it may have been a cultivar seed that got mixed in. Flowers will tell you if its frutescens or baccatum. If you like it try selfing a few flowers and grow another generation, if the pod shape goes wild it was a hybrid
