Darklight Posted October 29, 2005 I've just put up some new lago pics on the SAB gallery. These are from the formally identified seed we received at EB4. Check them out under the Propagation heading. We've had some progress since I last posted on the topic. For at least one individual parent plant we have regenerated good quality axillary buds from callus. And today during a subculture I discovered that one of these had formed a taproot. It doesn't look viable, in that it isn't of sufficient quality to survive deflasking and would rot rather than being functional.
