I could get several kilograms of "teucrium fruticans" for you but i live so far it may be very expesive mailing.

yes, a 5x would work fine.

smoke it hot. do not try too much at once.

my reference stated possible liver damage from long term use.

anyhow i have managed to source t divaricatum and t heterophyllum ,saw another species as well,very variable,though both these have a similar citrousy smell.
