Machine Elf Posted August 6, 2005 Aw shucks, yer making me homesick. Lovely place to view through a plate glass window with air conditioning at your back. Apart from that, it has everything that bites, stings or eats you. If you want to get away from the tourist mecca of Cape Trib, don't turn down the ferry road - instead go up to the township of Daintree, then hit the dirt road and go up either the Upper Daintree valley or Stewart Creek Valley. Plenty of farms/rainforest to browse through - just watch out for the wait-a-while (and my mum with her shotgun...) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
