fyzygy Posted June 19, 2021 An eBay seller is promoting the name of cactus collector "Victor Honeychurch" - maybe from Riverlands - (SA?) - as a source of historic Trichocereus peruvianus varieties. I bought a cutting of "Victor 4" (of 6 or so different ones). I'd heard of Fields and Dawson collections, but Honeychurch? Anyone here have any info?
mr b.caapi Posted June 20, 2021 I bought one too....I was wondering the same thing. Nice looking Cacti.
bonecud_56 Posted September 2, 2021 Apparently the South Australian Cactus and Succulent Society planted a garden in his honour or obtained a lot of his plants And then planted a garden in his honour….something like that. I’ve got a Victor 4 in the garden. Looks like a nice, classic peruvianus. It’s been in the ground since feb or march, should grow well this season
bonecud_56 Posted September 2, 2021 The SA CSS may be able to offer some insight
