I saw this in the advert and made me laugh.

 

"All La Trobe University employees are bound by the Working with Children Act 2005."

 

They really do like to hand hold their students.

Yep TPI the company very few wanted to grow for and took Poppies to the big island. Lol...i won't go into the conspiracies.

Ha! Actually, most of the uni's down here require all staff to pass a working with children check - whether you are teaching or not.

I did wonder about that. Bet you'd see/hear some interesting stuff in this job if you kept your eyes & ears open (and mouth shut).

Gotta hold the working with kids for many positions or to access places/job sites, down here I hold a working with vulnerable (which changed a year or so back from just kids)
