Yeti101 Posted June 12, 2017 Don't know if there're any SABbers with a PhD in plant or fungal molecular biology out there looking for a job, but if there are, maybe check this out: Quote The Research School of Biology at the Australian National University invites applications for a Postdoctoral Fellow, in the molecular biology of fungal rust pathogens of plants. The position will be based at the Research School of Biology, under the supervision of Associate Professor John Rathjen. The researcher will work closely with the Rust Group of CSIRO Agriculture and Food, Black Mountain, ACT. This is a 30-month position funded by the Australian Research Council to investigate protein trafficking pathways in fungal rust pathogens of plants. You will use cutting-edge molecular and bioinformatics techniques to map pathways and identify fungal proteins required for protein secretion. You will join a group of strongly motivated researchers with high global visibility and excellent access to world-class research facilities. Knowledge of confocal microscopy will be an advantage http://jobs.anu.edu.au/cw/en/job/516195/postdoctoral-fellow
