Berengar Posted September 24, 2016 A few pictures from this unusual species bought from Succseed. It's still young but it looks to me closer to peruvianus than cuzcoensis. What do you think? It will be interesting to see it's mature characteristics.
nrivers Posted September 25, 2016 Yours is looking very nice and I would say more peru like, than compared to mine. This is also from succseed and looks more cuzcoensis.
Berengar Posted September 25, 2016 Wow, very beautiful cuzco! That's interesting, so it would seem that the name is a marketing gimmick after all, and the supplier probably just collected a bunch of random trich seeds and placed a fancy name on them. Oh well, doesn't matter, those are still some beautiful plants!

Berengar Posted January 11, 2017 another name that doesnt say nothing Yeah, that's true, and it's a bummer. Still, seems I accidentally grafted a pretty good specimen, looks unique and different than most peruvianus/cuzcoensis. But I think it'll grow into another non-descript Tricho... Oh well...
Berengar Posted January 14, 2017 It's the one from the first post, it's dormant now so no updates for another few months. By 'unique' I meant the tuberculed ribs and downward facing central spine, don't know how visible that is in the pics, and the fact that it looks very different from nrivers' specimens from the same batch of seeds.
