Biotene Moisturizing Mouth Spray for random drug tests ?

Hi all,

Does anyone know if this product actually works for countering potential positive results in A Random Drug Test? It appears to function by introducing a 'clean' substance into the mouth which is then tested revealing nothing.

Seems unlikely but nonetheless very handy whilst on drugs. I least prefer the gel and favour mouthwash over spray.
