Conv3rgence Posted March 5, 2016 I had this, it just scars up and a bit of it returns to green again. I didn't move them, I just rotated the sunburnt side to face the shade instead. BedOSpines Posted March 5, 2016 cool, thanks man. yea today the sun really seamed to burn more than usual. seemed to get sunburn myself quite quick. do think this is more likely to happen if the soil is bone dry? it had been bone dry for a few days before this happened. BedOSpines Posted March 9, 2016 So I checked today and it seems to not be getting worse. the damaged spots where somewhat softer than the green tissue but it seems to be drying out and hardening up. I'm going to turn one of them around and see what comes of it. I have a big opuntia pad that did the same thing after a really hot day and the colouring seems to come and go? some-days its green, others very noticeable yellow patches. The big fat scop seems to be loving it though. the plants with damage where under artificial light for a fair bit of there life.
