Question

The trichs in the pics below are all from the Secret Garden

Though they have tags in the pots none of them are named, the tags say SG.

a lot of these plants were quite manky when i got them, they have beefed up nicely and are looking better each day, some have flower buds on them.

This will be a running thread (hopefully this is cool with EG) and each day i will post pics of a new plant from the the SG that are unlabelled and those in the know, or not, can have a go at IDing them.

any input is greatly appreciated - thank you :)

Un named plants

Number six is a seed grown type of Knuthianus. Not the typical Australian type that´s more common but a similar one. I´m very sure about this. Seven needs to be inspected more closely.

my guess for #8 would be cuzcoensis. It could be a stressed dehydrated terscheckii if the old spines were not white.

For what its worth (in relevance to what I was saying in page 1 about root bound trichos)

here's a sab-sourced lance (T.cordobensis), probably same as super pedro, but most probably a form or hybrid of scopulicola. This mother has been root bound for some 3 years, at summer it suffers, dehydrates and turns yellow, while it's more satisfied the coolest months. It has flowered the last two seasons.
