Just a rough, uncoffee'd, not well considered attempt but I'm inclined to say (aside from your quite evident top three mutant)

1. The education paradigm. Separate young children from their parents for extended periods of brain sculpting from the earliest age possible and continually reinforce the necessity of becoming something that your culture approves of rather than being who you are and learning from those who made you and truly have your best interests at heart.

2. Over stimulation. Continual bombardment by media, too many choices which inhibit our ability to separate the wheat from the chaff and choose what is actually meaningful/beneficial. The relegation of consciousness exploration to an esoteric fringe-element, rather than having any kind of respectable standing or priority in education. The glorification of unconsciousness.

3. Food that is not food. GE and nutritionally devoid 'stuff' which we put into our bodies which creates the illusion of having consumed some kind of fuel, when so often this 'stuff' does little but trick us and make us sick. Sort of connected also is the medication without consent issue. Here we have industrial toxic waste (fluoride) administered to the town water supply, which is medication without consent, something a doctor would be unable to do to one patient, yet city councils can unleash on a whole population.

1. 'family lawyers'. They make money directing you through a legal system, not a justice system.

2. Democracy. It's not all we have ever had, nor should we always have one person in ultimate control.

3. Food being treated as a commodity rather than a base human need.

1. The tendency to set oneself apart from others.

2. The desire for dominion over others.

3. The lack of understanding of how perilous and fragile our existence really is. I mean, we are specks on a spaceship made of rock, hurtling through space at unimaginable speed, protected by a thin layer of gas that makes life possible. Doesn't that terrify you?

Assuming that "the world" means the Earth as a life sustaining planet (what ? you though that the world means us ?lol):

1-primates overpopulation

2-it is a little bit lonely here since Mars doesn't want to play anymore

3-the Sun is fattening

From wikipedia:

"During the Sun's life in the main sequence, the Sun is becoming more luminous (about 10% every 1 billion years, at the present time). The surface temperature of the Sun is almost constant. The increase of luminosity is essentially due to a slow increase in the solar radius. The increase in solar luminosity is such that in about another billion years Earth's water will evaporate and escape into space, rendering it inhospitable to all known terrestrial life.[120][121] Earth is not expected to survive the Sun's transition into a red giant. At its largest, the Sun will have a maximum radius beyond Earth's current orbit, 1 AU (1.5×1011 m), 250 times the present radius of the Sun.[120] By the time the Sun has entered the asymptotic red giant branch, the orbits of the planets will have drifted outwards due to a loss of roughly 30% of the Sun's present mass. Most of this mass will be lost as the solar wind increases. Also, tidal acceleration will help boost Earth to a higher orbit (similar to what Earth does to the Moon). If it were only for this, Earth would probably remain outside the Sun. However, current research suggests that after the Sun becomes a red giant, Earth will be pulled in owing to tidal deceleration.[120]"

On second consideration I would say the biggest problem is monsanto's bid to control the global seed supply. Not just a problem in terms of 'human problems' eg access to food and ability to grow food, but say they succeed, even to a certain degree, to put their nasty mod-cons into the majority of food plants, and then these altered gentics spread throughout plant populations through the pollination process, wouldn't this heavily impinge on nature's ability to regenerate itself if/when we eventually wipe ourselves out?
