ID Request Please (new finds)

Question

Hi guys went for a forage this afternoon. My guess is the four pics on the left, are really old gold tops? Old Tops :P Does the stem lose its veil/ring after the spores have dropped or am i mistaken?

The two on the right pics im guessing are pans? I am not quite sure what the two on the left in pic number 4 are though.

Thanks in advance.

I was reading all that species are active (not sure how accurate that was), but they dont stain blue/green so im not quite sure. Im referring to the left two small brown ones on picture 4. THe ones I suspect that may be cubensis have a dark blue stain.. but no ring on the stem.

I'd say the two on the right are Pans. But I can't identify Meanies confidently myself yet.

Cheers RC, I'm usually pretty certain. I still get that dreaded nagging feeling sometimes though.

I wouldn't go half as far to say all the pans are active... BUT, when I loved having a big red target on my back roaming around fields & when I had a pseudo death wish in combination, I found many non staining pans that did the trick... ;) I wouldn't have a clue what they were besides pans but eventually they all just have that inviting look to them.

I wouldn't suggest any of it tho. Get some spores if you must (I wouldn't even suggest that), and be safe with it all

Two left pics are Panaeolus subbalteatus group, right one is Copelandia sp. (cyanescens aff.?).
