shortly Posted July 29, 2014 Just putting it out there if anyone has a rootstock rose suited to south east queensland that i could beg borrow or buy? I am going to have to rescue a sad sad remnant of a rose that has been passed down through my first wife's family that was once used to make turkish delight. So i'll be needing tough rootstocks.
naja naja Posted July 30, 2014 Buy a standardized rose bush from a local nursery. Make sure it's locally produced. And cut the graft off and use the 3 ft stem to bud to. The whole straight bit is all rootstock the graft is budded on the top.
