growing lophophora outside in sydney

haya guys was wondering if anyone has had any luck having an outdoor lophophora garden i am interested to create such thing i am in sydney :) cheers

i think the winter wetness is your main enemy, but grafts will do ok outside all year if theyre in a nice spot

If they'e in pots they should be fine as long as you ensure they have good drainage & you can protect them from long periods of wet in winter & excessive direct sunlight in summer.

In the ground will be a different story, they would most likely need to be under cover where you can dictate how much water they get.. if you could somehow design a garden that has extremely good drainage but not so good as to dry out too quickly in summer you may be able to get around this but that probably wouldn't be that easy..
