Piper Id

Ok so i grabbed this potted Piper during a luncheon excursion to our local china town yesterday. The shopkeep suggested that it was Piper betel but i'n not 100% convinced. Its been a LONG LONG time since i have been face to face with betel leaf.

Could anyone familiar with Piper betel chime in, have a look at the pic and offer an experienced opinion.

& yes i know that i'm supposed to be down sizing.

Hmm, doesn't look my P.betel but I think there's a couple or more cv.'s out there

That looks more like how i remember betel looked.
