Wow. I've never seen a trich flower like that last one!! Your collection never ceases to amaze me. Thanks for sharing.

I have seen this trait in other species as well - dangling the stigma outside the flower for a couple of days may

encourage out-crossing with other open flowers instead of possible self-fertilization - seems that after a day

or two the flowers open fully and look normal - curious to see what happens here!

Really nice plants mate :)

I have a few different varieties growing myself, I'm growing them all from seed so still probably a year or so before flowers.

I've also got a couple of "Trichopsis" that should flower soon, can't wait to see the flowers on them.
