My file is concise and for the beginner with many pictures to help. $5 US using wetransfer.com (takes about 10 minutes) as a 128 Mb file. The shroomery is low on quality pictures in my opinion. The words can only take you so far.... Check out my 300+ pictures detailing EVERY step to shroom success . Misguided misinformation also runs deep on the Shroomery! A better fungi site is MYCOTOPIA.NET -- great forums and people to help in your mycology projects. The site leaders of Mycotopia are very observant of false/misleading information and will tell you so.
