Peruvianus ID Confirmation

Question

I was sold this cactus as a T. Peruvianus var. "Wild Andes". It was supposedly grown from seed that was wild harvested in the Andes. Im second guessing all my ID's now heh. what do you guys think?

Reminds me of KK336 from Karel Knize. Looking at this Plant, i am 100% sure it was grown from Knize Stock. Not so sure about KK336 but definitely from him. Could also be the very similar KK341.

Because i know the Variety. If you search the older Threads, you might find another Post of one of our Members that posted pictures of a similar plant. Like one year ago. At that time, I was sure that it´s KK336 and guess where he got them. Same Seller. That Zircon seller bought Seed from Knize and raised them years ago. He still sells plants grown from that seed and i know for sure that he also sold/sells KK336 Glaucus. Which i am pretty sure is yours. If it´s not KK336, its another one from the same Area. Knizes numbers are codes for the Places Knize collected the seeds. I think KK341 is Uyumpaensis.

I got some from Zircon a couple years ago and they both look different, and neither of them look like yours...one

of them maybe a little I suppose... he may have gotten them from that dude in the photo, or his relative or maybe its

bullshit and he just ordered online somwheres, or maybe it was the only good batch of seeds he got from knize who the fuck knows!

I won't even try to guess if that dude is honest or not... thats a strange cat right there but who in the hell that grows

alot of cacti suffers from normality?

I ordered them cause they looked like some pretty cacti and it was a fair price he posted at the time for a pair... they

arrived as some real lookers! i'll post some pics when it warms up again... its safe to say theres a fair amount of variation

in that man's peruvianoid offerings... looks like a nice healthy plant u got there

interesting tidbit on zircon....who else sets up an ebay buyers account for the explicit purpose of blasting neg feedback to just about everybody he comes in contact with, without affecting his sellers acct....

& both ebay accts linked to the same pay pal acct.....

buys cactus from jimz & re sells em, as meanwhile cactus kate rolls over in her grave...

a real stand up guy....LoL

its really hard to pick favorites though I really do love to look at these ones

that taller one was leaning last year and stood back up after a couple waterings

in the spring.. I think im gonna repot them into huge pots this year tho... maybe even

into the ground I dunno
