cactuscarl Posted July 29, 2013 Hi all just trying to get an id on this one please. I think its a carthensis but not real sure and this is my viridus looking rather happy for winter.
0 pinkoyd Posted August 3, 2013 I'll hazard a guess that it might be carth, but if the color rendition I'm seeing is anywhere near accurate, the leaves are far darker green than I've ever seen on carth. Plus the venation looks a little off too. When it flowers post some pics and then we'll really have something to work with.
0 PhoenixSon Posted August 3, 2013 its carthigenesis if you got the plant off me. looks like it to me, the broad leaves, versus viridis narrow leaves. color could be from level of sunlight? if its from me its sab sourced carthigenesis dont know if it was a cutting or seed grown plant. 0 tarenna Posted August 3, 2013 Seems to have wavy leaf margins - a good indication of carth i.m.e.
0 cactuscarl Posted August 7, 2013 Yeah they are very wavy, they have actually flattened out a bit through winter. @ spacemonk the one I sourced through you didn't make it this one I got as a leaf cutting. I'm actually a not real sure about the other one now. I'm hoping it viridus and not nexus but it's got very thin leaves that are at least as wide as my "cathensis" I got it from gomaois and I know he was selling both.
