2013 Camping Trip - East Coast - Blue Mountains - May

Recommended Posts

Incog got me keen to start the 2013 Camping trip thread.

The idea this year is to have a big meet. I know we always plan this and it ends up intimate in the end but I am going to start now!

The exact location will be PM'd to members attending much closer to the date. The date is usually around the start of May depending on the weather and how excited we get.

I am really hoping to see:

* Colhawk looking dapper in a Safari suit.

* Marcel giving Incog Moustache rides.

*At least one person's boots melting.

* Incog's erection problems when it comes to tents.

* Another quality Bread Filter Tek Workshop.

*Holymountain giggling and smiling contagiously.

* Lactarius Breakfasts

* Glowing Funghi

* Hillbillies "Town"

* NO TRAIL BIKES BUZZING US ALL MORNING

* Reindeers?

Anyone or anything I missed? Feel free to add to the list :)

Where does none obtain a safari suit? I don't think I could wear one without the helmet.

I was given mine at a party as they thought I needed more help in promoting myself :)

I am going to the Salvos now. I'll have a look for you mate. Are you still an extra small or did you use that gym membership?

You guys thinking of the back of the mountains again?

I would be keen to actually meet some of you.

Also I do own a safari suit but alas no helmet as this stage....Are Hawaian shirts an issue with safari suits?

Cross cultures & all.

Missed you guys by hours last time. Possibly.

Think I saw a few of you at a certain servo as you come up Mt Vic pass...

But then again....It was all in my mind.

You can't wear Pith helmets with safari suits. That is just not fashionable. However for the camping trip I think it would be perfect.

You are not going to believe this Incog but I just scored you a matching safari suit that is identical to mine :)

I'm going to wear a Yowie suit. It's pretty damn cold at night in May. Also, I hope this doesn't co-inside with Easter as I'm off to Canberra this year for Australia's finest fiddle festival.

A Ghillie suit would be cool out there. You'll have to twist some Blackberry vine into it though to give it that authentic look.

We usually schedule it differently to Easter and hence the Folkie.

Up for some paint-balling in the woods?

Only if Psylo comes

No one knows what he looks like though right? He has probably been to every trip already.

Apparently he has a shaved head, has tatts, is big, and drunk (the only report of an eye witness that I know off)

Well I still have my "bush suit " this is Strallya mate.

Im in.

Seriously, ive just come from a lovely private meet of 8 members, Anyhow we organized it thru a private mail group hook up thingy that a Moderator organized.

It was good for working out those discreet details.

So when it gets closer we can all hop on that to do details, without the paranoia.

It is time for the big meet up of serious plantheads for some serious combos.

It would be so good to have a big crew with everybody on my wish list there. You know who you are.

And if we are all dressed in St Vinnies finest ...all the better !!

I will scour e-bay for the hats.

If the plant restrictions are coming we need to firm up our network, and work out new strategies for trading ,etc.
