planthelper Posted June 28, 2012 nice grafts indeed and very healthy looking specimens. side track, how does one embedded pictures like yours, so they come up big in a thread?
solomon Posted June 28, 2012 Nice! what are the grafts in the first picture? Looks like a couple Turbinicarpus and maybe a Pelecyphora? I am too scared to graft stuff like that
mutant Posted August 21, 2012 (edited) how does one embedded pictures like yours, so they come up big in a thread? I use photobucket for uploading my pics and there's a variety of links, one of them being the direct link to the pic, that's what I use, knowing that I mostly post them in pic threads and one know's he's getting a photo heavy thread [ you know someone called this thread whoring using so big pics, no shit] . there's also thumbnail option of course. some of my newest successful grafts, done with electric tape stuck on the stock sulcorebutia on myrtilocactus sulcorebutia on pachanoi kk339 echinopsis arachnacantha on tricho bridgesii chamaecereus on tricho pachanoi kk339 rebutia on selinicereus [these were done as always with no pressure to the scion] ******* strombocactus [not my own graft] some turbinicarpus, flowering after endless puppings, this summer same leuchtenbergia on selini monvillea, the usual monster, as always goes great with selinicereus copiapoa hypogea, on selinicereus again last but not least, lophophora williamsi on echinopsis, a successful combo creating a much better shaped plant than this produced when grafting the same clone in a faster grower. flowering is pretty intense , and seeds produced are plenty Edited August 21, 2012 by mutant
