dionysus Posted June 5, 2012 i just went for a bit of a walk around to observe my local fungi (very sucesful walk, many subs and agaricus and strophs etc) and then, 2 doors downfrom my house, i noted a small psilocybe growing from the grass, with a veil just opening over the gills, that didnt immediately bruise blue. looked almost like one of those little new zealand numbers crossed with a sub. i will try to get some photos and a spore print soon, but it looks like something i have not seen before... any one have any suggestion what it MAY be? 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
dionysus Posted June 5, 2012 okay so i think it was a p. coprophila pin, before it matured into the darker colour etc. should these be growing in vic? i don't think i've seen one before, although i have not previously been so interested in finding various fungi.
