I understand the DMY/MAOI relationship in Ayahuasca and imagine an Acasiahuasca has the same relationship.

Anyone know some theoretical Acasiahuasca combinations?

the MAOI is usually taken in an amount to fully inhibit MAO-A. If using Peganum harmala then this is about 3-4g. With caapi it varies.

The amount of tryptamine is usually between 25 and 100mg depending on purity, composition (source species) and desired strength.

Please note that consumption of tryptamines is illegal in some countries, including australia.
