#1 Looks to be some sort of Mammilaria #2 looks like it might be Trichocereus tersheckii. See what others come up with though.

Could be Pasacana. But there are so many diffrent forms of Terscheckii that i wouldnt be surprised if it would be one of its many varieties. I pretty much gave up commenting on em. The differences are sometimes minor and have to do with where the flower emerges. bye Eg

Thanks for the info guys, I'll be sure to put some pics up when/if they flower.

Swiper, the mamm shouldn't give you too many problems with flowering and will most likely put on a show for you next season. The Tricho will take many years from that size to flower.

The first is Mammillaria hahniana. The other looks like T. terscheckii, but I suppose it might be T. atacamensis (aka T. pasacana), or in fact any sort of variety of either, or maybe any degree of intermediary as well.

I agree , terscheckii or pasacana, according to what I have seen so far in smallish plants.

and a mammi

Thanks very much for all the replies, guys. I saw a few pasacanas at a nursery and they looked very similar.

Cheers,

Swiper.
