trouble uploading pictures (Upload Skipped (Error IO))

hi i have found i cannot upload pictures anymore, they aren't too big as i have been making them the same size i used to upload without any trouble,

it just says Upload Skipped (Error IO) whenever i try and upload anything

have tried changing to other formats and sizes and get the same error pop up every time.

anyone else have problems? if not then it has to be at your end. we've made no changes here.

are you running the latest version browser? which browser?
