this seed is impossible to import. When it goes into a cool room it undergoes an internal exothermic reaction that makes it unviable. Uncooled it will be rotten in a matter of a couple of days.

I am trying to trck this one down too. Have found a seed supplier who has fresh seed in the middle of the year and will order from him. Rootcuttings are the easiest, but illegal for quarantine

Mahuang (Ephedra sinica - possibly sinensis?)

Monkshood (Aconitum napellus L.)

Plants available later this season.

Hemlock (Conium Maculatum L.)

trying to germinate this one, but not much luck.

Found all these plants in an Australian natives & naturalized medicinal journal so I gather you must be able to get it somewhere in Oz??

I know hemlock as a field weed (usually of rapeseed in the south of England. Perhaps they have a need for some light before germination, to tell them they have been ploughed up to the top of the soil, like poppies.
