Help with Random Cacti ID

Question

Hello everyone,

Have recently received a fresh graft from someone although they are unsure of the species.

Anyone want to help me with an ID can't be sure myself as i am still a bit naive in the area of Cacti and succulents, so someone who is more experienced in the field will have a better idea as to what type of cacti it could possibly be.

Thanks in advance guys, any suggestions will be much appreciated.

I assume its a Cereus and from a quick search it looks to me like it could be Cereus Peruvianus. If anybody can confirm that as I'm still pretty new to this as well. Also if it is a graft would be cool to see the stock its grafted it to. Would be a funky looking graft.
