lofty86 Posted October 22, 2009 are the flavors concentrated enough to flavour the whipped cream, if they are i cant imagine inhailing them would be very pleasnt. id really like to see a company bring out larger bulbs it can be a cunt of a job reloading between hits its seems my co-ordination skills go long before my heads in the place it wants to be
Torsten Posted October 22, 2009 lofty, the 16g bulbs give you more than twice as much as there is less wasteage.

C_T Posted October 22, 2009 Seriously, don't waste your money on the flavoured ones, its for flavoured CREAM not flavoured nitrous. Its not like how they did flavoured oxygen clinics...
KanJe Posted October 22, 2009 Eh, it tastes good anyway. I would imagine a more pure product would be more desirable than one with artificial flavouring. Not exactly something that would be good for the ol' gas bags. What sucks about the 16g chargers is that you need a specialised machine for them. IMO it will hardly get used which doesn't really warrant the price.
naja naja Posted October 23, 2009 I rekon making a 16g cracker wouldn't be too hard with a trip to ur hardware store. Only problem is that they work out more expensive for less gas. I 'd just stick to the 8g and punching balloons. Wish sparkwhip brand was more available, made by ISI but appears to be even cleaner, for the catering industry. And I agree Kanje, it does taste good alone, no need to add flavours. Maybe a drop of essential oil to coat the inside of a balloon would work the same or similar. alkatrope Posted October 23, 2009 Anyone know how they flavour them? Dry powder? Oil? Some flavoured gas?
Alice Posted October 23, 2009 Isn't nitrous flavoursome enough? I certainly think so. Would perhaps be sickly sweet with flavour added. Have a look at the the "press releases" link on the website and check out the article. Seems the young entrepreneur who started the company got some Small Business Hero award for providing the community with "premium cream whipping products" Check out his photo, classic! Fucking brilliant idea, though you'd never think he'd have gotten away with it for so long. What a champion.
C_T Posted October 23, 2009 a great idea would be a nitrous bar.

mac Posted October 23, 2009 (edited) I usually use a ultraflate co2 bike pump or keg charger (home brew shops should stock them) they use for the co2 canisters & a standard balloon or 2 http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Keg-Charger-Postmix...2#ht_500wt_1182 They do both the 8 & 16 g threaded or non threaded bulbs Edited October 23, 2009 by mac
naja naja Posted October 26, 2009 (edited) Wow, that was hard Obvious room for imrovment and use an insulator on the bend as it gets mighty cold after a few. All it took was one drill hole slightly smaller than the screw and let the screw self tap itself into the brass. Walla, done didly, 2 minutes.
