Darklight Posted March 7, 2004 Got this from the Entheogarden website today- does anyone have any more info on this? Thailand has recently announced its intention to legalize this with the new found research on its use in addiction treatment. Would be ironic if we outlawed the plant just as Thailand was re-assessing it as a medicinal...
VINS Posted March 8, 2004 yes darklight that's funny ! but it could be a good news for diversity. planting the rifat clone everywhere in the world was just an emergency solution not a choice. we will maybe lurn more on the variations if they change that law

Torsten Posted March 9, 2004 "Mellow Gold" is almost certainly Mitragyna parvifolia. It does not contain mitragynine. The australian native Nauclea orientalis is just as closely related, so lets try that
Edicius Posted March 10, 2004 Kansas seriously lacks native etheogens, only thing we have is desmanthus illinoesis and jimson weed (nasty ass datura). Oh and weed grows everywhere so that doesn't really need to be stated. But anyways, some new varieties of kratom would be nice. [ 10. planthelper Posted March 10, 2004 have you ever extracted desmanthus illinoesis? isn't that plant a good source of dmt? :D [ 10. March 2004, 13:19: Message edited by: planthelper ]
Rev Posted April 2, 2004 From waht i read D illioensis is like Acacia maidenii, the famous but variable one Trouts notes recommends D leptolobus as the average leptolobus collections had the same content as the highets illinoiensis and were less variable. Kind of the obtusifolia equivalent So WHY? dont we have this seed already? I looked a while back n couldnt find it - anyone know where now? [ 01.
