Podcast seems to have been replaced with Bill Gates Foundation....

What was the general crux of the story/experiment? Has decriminalisation been positive?

there is a slightly older thread with more info. from memory instead of imposing criminal sentences they focus on treatment, dealers are still charged as criminals but users aren't. they've had a drop in some infectious diseases and a drop in something else too, forget.
