Getting seeds out of the pods

Hi Guys! Any glorious Ideas how to get out the cactus seeds out of some dried seed pods! Some guy sent me a whole load of dried pods and i dont like fingering around with dried pods! Who knows...maybe they have been sprayed or something like this! Do you think that crushing the pods will destroy the seeds? bye Eg

Hi Tantra! Great Idea! Thanks! I am going to grow them right away! A female grower send me an insane amount of Lophophora Pods and it would be a shame if i wouldnt grow them! But i dislike touching seeds and pods because there are some breeders who use antifungal chemicals to treat the seeds! I could use gloves but thats pretty difficult because the seeds are so tiny! bye Eg

the seeds are hard. just crush the pods in a baggie so the seeds dont fly away. you can but dont neex to soak them. they wil sprout in a week.

use gloves and roll them in your fingers. dried loph fruits are really weak most of the time.
