Second one looks like a Ganoderma of some kind and i don't know if the third is a slippery Jack although it does look a bit like one, its hard to tell. If it was growing off a stump it more than likely isn't a Slippery Jack. They grow underneath pine trees from the pine roots. I found a few slipperies here in south east queensland the otherday, they are just starting to fruit now but very sparsely. hopefully in another month there will be lots of them.
