Coco Fiber to the rescue!

Canna coco is the best Ive used, everything else has caused me problems.

Lots of shops are pushing that NF brand line, IMO it's all crap.

One thing Ive noticed in canna coco is that is seems to come with what I call 'coco lice', I imagine they would be kept in check outside but in a greenhouse they seem to build pretty large populations. I have no idea if they cause any problems though, I guess they feed on breaking down coco fiber.

Because its been heat treated and washed the levels of natural trichoderma etc are low so adding some will make your lophs root faster and help them keep a healthier root system.

Also, pre-soaking/fortifying your coco with some seaweed extract is suggested to help with rooting as well..
