New forum member seeking I.D.

Question

Hi, I'm hoping someone might be able to assist in identifying a couple of my cacti. It's my understanding that this first one is a T.peruvianus (photos attached). If it is, any ideas re : which variant?

Hmm.. Now that looks like my Macrogonus. Having 8 ridges/sides and all. But yeah, please adhere to my disclaimer in the previous thread I posted on. :)

Yep, generally considered T. macrogonus.

The above is the Peruvianian form, the photo below is of the Bolivian form. Two distinct plants which have the same name (rather confusing and something to look out for when purchasing and growing seed with this name).
