After winter hibernation I would like to start the growing season with a bit of a giveaway. Simply reply to this thread and your post number is your entry number (ie this is post number 1, so my number is 1). Winners will be chosen at random using a rng. I'll give away two trichocereus cactus parcels for free, including postage. Each parcel will contain at least 50cm of random seed grown trichocereus plants, lovingly grown by me. Australia only, entries close 2 September.
Ladies and gents, Thought Id try to pay back some of the generosity shown to me by the site. I ve got 5 packs of 10 A. Peregrina seeds to giveaway for the first 5 posts after 10pm tomorrow, (Aus eastern daylight savings). I know a few people have been burned by cebil seeds marked as yopo, and I cant guarantee these aren t either. Pm me for info if you re interested about where they came from. I ve had them about 4 months and wont be able to give germination the attention it deserves. Be nice to eventually find out if they are peregrina. If you re keen, come back tomorrow night!
Hi all! I'm new to the Corroboree, very pleased to be a part of this great community and I would like to introduce myself with a little give away! One pack of 10 seeds for each of these prominent species of interest is up for grabs. To make it a bit fun, the botanic and a common name must be identified for that species in the image. eg. image J = Acacia Confusa , Formosa Acacia or Rainbow Tree The first person to guess a species correctly wins 10 seeds of that species. Appropriate Rhyzbia will be included with the two granite mountain loving species hint hint. Please only one pack per member who guesses correctly. Further hints may be included if some of the photos prove difficult to ID. Good Luck! Aus only. sorry no post to WA or TAZ
hi, people! I will discontinue growing this plant, so I would like to give it away for free, but you have to pay for postage. to save on postage, I would prune the plant a lot and than remove most of the potting mix. this offer would best be suited, for members living not to far away from me. note the secateurs to give you scale. pm me for more details, people without gardening skills, and the ability to say, thank you, don't need to apply!! I say this because, far too often, we (this happens to everybody here) give things away for free & pay postage, and the receiver doesn't even say thank you....
